Doug took a high school hobby and passion for woodwork and created Evan Clark Cabinets starting in 1986. Over the years Doug mentored a few aspiring cabinet makers but it was eventually his youngest son Neal that ended up wanting to be in the shop all the time. Ever since Neal was 13 or 14 he has been working alongside his dad learning the business and growing as a cabinet maker himself. These days the roles are reversed and Neal is doing a lot of the work while Doug is there with all the wisdom and experience. Together this father-son duo works to continue their legacy of quality custom cabinets.
